Pillowise was designed by physiotherapist Thijs van der Hilst. When he couldn't recommend a proper pillow to his patients with neck problems, he thought, "Then I'll develop it myself!" He devised a clever algorithm that calculates a perfectly fitting pillow with just 3 measurements. Patients who used the pillow in their perfect size recovered faster, and new neck and back problems were prevented.
