The qualities of the 100% Alpaca wool filled duvets:

• light in weight, approx 25-30% lighter then sheepwool duvets. 
• Cool in summer, wonderfully warm in winter. 
• hypoallergen whereby very suitable for people who are allergic to dust-mites. Alpacawool does not contains lanolin, whereby there is less chance on a allergy (hypoallergen). Lanolin is a natural fat that is present in sheepwool.
• Optimal isolation and heatspread. The eventual perspire moist will absorb and directly release in to the air. So that the duvet is very suitable fot people who more perpire or who have it cold at night.  
• The duvet has a down-proof, in blocks stitched cottonsatin tick, so that the wool will be evenly devided over the whole duvet. 
• Duvet can be washed in the washing machine.
• more manageable due to lighter weight.

Further Alpacawool is 5 times warmer then sheepwool. because the wool will adjust to your body temperature you will not perspire fast under a Alpacawool duvet.

The Alpacaduvets are available in two performances the summerduvet and the 4 - seasonsduvet.

• 4-seasonsduvet; existing in two parts, a thin summerduvet and a more thicker autumn duvet, that you can connect together through a zipper, whereby these two components together become a very warm duvet in the cold winter months.

washing instructions:

• In the washing machine washable up to 30 °C.

• use exclusively an woolwashprogram(Max 45 minutes). 

• Add a small quantity Silicone free laundry detergent.

• Washing machine maximal fill for a quarter.

Dry :

• Do not tumble in the dryer. 

• Not wring out!

• Leave to dry.

• Do not dry in direct sunlight.

• NEVER use fabric softeners. (This encourages pilling).

ALPACA: SUPERWOOL IN DUVET.

Although the superiority of alpaca wool in the knit and fashion sector has long been used, its application in duvets is more recent. This has to do with the relative scarcity of alpaca wool in Europe until recently. Since alpacas are increasingly kept as pets, especially in Belgium and the Netherlands, but also on special farms, the range of this special wool has now expanded to such an extent that alpaca wool can be used not only for the knitting sector but also for the manufacture of duvets. We have our duvets made, filled with 100% alpaca wool. This alpaca wool comes from our own alpacas, among other things, we shear them ourselves and select the wool manually, so that we know for sure that the wool is of good quality.
