~Duvet tips.
Keep your duvet in a top condition!
Your duvet also has a hard life. From a hygienic point of view alone, replacement after a maximum of 10 years is desirable.
The lifespan of a duvet is also largely determined by maintenance. Each duvet can be cleaned according to the directions on the care label.
However, it is unwise to wash or dry a duvet often. Any filler material will shrink when exposed to high temperatures. To keep the duvet in good condition, it is sufficient to shake it daily (flat on the bed) and air it regularly (not in direct sunlight). whipping by hand is recommended, but do not use a carpet beater or vacuum cleaner. This could damage the filling.
